• Fees must be paid by the specified due date to retain your seat in the batch
• All payments are non-transferable between students
• Receipts will be issued for all payments made
• In the case of installment plans, failure to pay on time may result in suspension from classes until dues are cleared

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of enrollment
• Registration fees are non-refundable under all circumstances
• Course fees may be partially refunded based on classes attended, at the discretion of management
• No refunds will be issued after 30 days of enrollment or once coursework has progressed beyond 25%
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days

• Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% per subject per term
• Consistent absence without valid reason may result in removal from the batch without refund
• Students must treat faculty, staff, and fellow students with respect at all times
• Harassment, bullying, or any form of misconduct will result in suspension or expulsion
• Use of mobile phones is not permitted during class sessions unless specifically permitted by the faculty
• Students are responsible for their own study materials unless otherwise communicated

Unless otherwise stated, CM Academy and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for the content on cmacademy.online, including but not limited to study materials, notes, videos, question banks, branding, and website design.

• Republish, redistribute, or resell any material from this website
• Reproduce or duplicate content for commercial or public use without written permission
• Record classes (audio or video) without prior written approval from management
